Their Engage.uhc.com website can teach you what you need to know – and you can win some cash prizes while you’re learning to navigate your plan — how cool is that?
Here’s a video explaining what to do once you’re enrolled in your plan.
The site offers topics in already-existing categories like health care terms, planning for your future, knowing the best place to go for the right care, and how to use your plan. And while you’re learning your plan you can have the chance to win some money from their site. Each game has its own prizes — there’s one $100 weekly winner and one $500 monthly winner.
The first way is in their Health Facts section.
Health Facts 1 2 3 is a simple, 3 question multiple choice (or true/false) quiz about how to use your health care plan. Sample questions include knowing about what a deductible and a PCP is.
The second way is Look and Learn.
For Look and Learn, you watch a short video about what steps you take after enrolling in a health care plan and after watching it, you must answer one question (that pertains to the video) for a chance to win.
Lastly, then there’s Perfect Match
Perfect Match is a memory/concentration game with generic health care terms, which helps you understand the basic terminology that you may come across in your health care plan.
