Isn’t it time to have a protein powder for every member of the family? With Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein Powder, it’s possible. You can add it to smoothies, pancakes, your favorite recipes or make a smoothie bowl!
I made my new fave – a smoothie bowl with Integrated Supplements’s Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder. I’ve been a little obsessed with smoothie bowls lately, so I liked amping up the protein factor.
Read how to make this later in this post.
I actually really liked this protein powder. One thing that I immediately noticed is that the Vanilla flavor really smelled and tasted like vanilla. With most of the protein powders I’ve tried, the vanilla tastes chalky and not exactly like vanilla. Integrated Supplements tasted delicious and I liked that it had 30% more protein and antioxidants per serving than a whey concentrate, and the lowest amounts of fat, lactose and cholesterol.
And the best part– kids, teens, adults, seniors and expectant moms can all use it. Before this, I was buying a protein powder for my sons and one for me. Now I can use Integrated Supplements and use it for all three of us.
The jars are very large and you can see through them (to see how much is left). Integrated Supplements’ products are not sold by weight; they are sold by servings. No matter which flavor you purchase, there will always be 28 servings. Each serving is two scoops so measuring exactly what you need is super easy. Plus the price of $34.98 was pretty good for the servings you get.
Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein Powder contains whey protein from milk and lecithin from soy. It’s gluten free, kosher, and low sodium. While I am lactose sensitive, I was fine with this whey protein powder- I just had to make sure my serving size wasn’t too large.
Find it at Target or buy on Amazon.
First, take an frozen acai berry puree pack (I like Sambazon’s). You can substitute any frozen fruit.
Then take two scoops of Integrated Supplement’s protein powder. I used the vanilla.
Next, add some liquid. One acai berry pack says to add 1/4 cup of liquid, but since I was adding protein powder and a frozen banana, I added another 1/2 of almondmilk.
After you blend your mixture, add toppings like cacao nibs, sliced almonds, and fresh fruit (like blueberries).

- Add a frozen acai puree pack, if they aren't at your supermarket, buy online.
- Add two scoops protein powder
- ½ cup almond milk (you can substitute any nut milk or dairy milk or coconut water)
- 1 frozen banana
- Toppings like slivered almonds, cacao nibs, fresh fruit..etc
- Blend all ingredients except toppings.
- Put into a bowl, add toppings and serve.
